With our new Cancel For Any Reason Benefit Option, you can cancel your Camp/Student Program up to 2 days prior to the Session Commencement Date for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, provided: your premium is received 90 days prior to the Program Commencement Date (unless your initial deposit for the Program is made within 90 days of the Program Commencement Date, in which case your premium must be received within 30 days of the date your initial deposit for the Program was paid); and you insure all prepaid Program costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions and also insure within 7 days of the payment for those arrangements the cost of any subsequent arrangements added to your Program. With this benefit, you will receive 75% of the non-refundable program cost.

If you insure an amount less than your total prepaid Program costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions:
1) the maximum benefit for Pre-Departure Program Cancellation and Program Session Interruption will be limited to the amount of coverage you purchased; and
2) there will be no coverage available under the optional Cancel For Any Reason Benefit, if purchased.
*Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion Waiver
The Exclusion for Pre-Existing Conditions will be waived if:
1) your premium is received 90 days prior to the Program Commencement Date (unless your initial deposit for the Program is made within 90 days of the Program Commencement Date, in which case your premium must be received within 30 days of the date your initial deposit for the Program was paid);
2) you insure all prepaid Program costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions and also insure within 7 days of the payment for those arrangements the cost of any subsequent arrangements added to your Program; and
3) you are not disabled from travel at the time you pay your premium.

Illness or injury. The death of a family member. A parent losses his or her job. The worst part is, without adequate protection, you can lose your entire Program investment. TravMark protects your Program investment if your program session is canceled or interrupted for a covered reason such as injury, illness or death of you, an immediate family member, or a traveling companion or business partner, a transfer of employment 250 miles or more, or due to a terrorist act. If you must interrupt your session or return home early for a covered reason, the plan will pay (up to the original cost of your session) for your unused program fees, less any refund paid or payable, plus the additional air expense to return home or rejoin your trip.
